In patients with confirmed COVID-19, ELISA detection of IgM antibodies had a sensitivity of 77.3% and specificity of 100%. For IgG the test had a sensitivity of 88.3% and specificity of 95%. The gold standard utilized was RT-PCR.

Comment: Keep in mind that RT-PCR doesn't have a perfect sensitivity and specificity, thus, the sensitivity of antibody testing is a rough estimate.
