A target SBP of < 160 mmHg resulted in improved neurological outcomes compared to a target of < 140 mmHg in patients with intracranial hemorrhage.

Comment: This study suggests that in hemorrhagic stroke, a target SBP of 130 to 160 is the goal. Lower SBP appears to be associated with worse outcomes.
