Over a 10-year follow-up, multivariate predictors of cardiac events were an abnormal SPECT (hazard ratio [HR]: 1.83), ischemia on treadmill stress testing (HR 1.70), decreasing exercise capacity (HR 1.11), and coronary artery calcium severity (HR 1.29).

Comment: An abnormal SPECT has the highest Hazard Ratio of all of the studies, followed by ETT ischemia, coronary artery calcium, and exercise capacity.
