Oral antibiotics for cellulitis were as effective as IV antibiotics in this study of 47 patients admitted to the hospital for cellulitis.

Comment: This study only compared oral cefalexin vs IV cefazolin. Other studies, however, seem to suggest that oral antibiotics in general are as good as IV antibiotics in the treatment of cellulitis.
